After over a year of struggling with digestive issues, and reading dozens of different articles and books on what to eat/what not to eat I decided to sit down with Margaret and I'm so glad I did.

During our time together, she provided a ton of knowledge on nutrition (that even after all of my reading was new and helpful to me), but even more than that I could sense that she genuinely wanted to help me feel better and really cared about my health and well-being. It's obvious when people have a gift for what they are doing and Margaret has that gift.

Since Margaret and I's meeting I have been able to experience the food freedom she talked about and have been able to increase my calories to a healthy level for me, which in turn has helped me to feel better. I am so thankful for her expertise and would recommend her to anyone!

Before meeting with Margaret, I considered myself a healthy eater but quickly realized I had no connection with my internal hunger and fullness cues. I ate 2 meals a day and only ate because it was ‘meal time’. I now enjoy food so much more and have learned how to honor my body and it’s cues.

I was a calorie counter and didn’t trust myself around food. Margaret helped me realize the freedom that comes with giving up control, listening to my body and honoring what it needs. I am the healthiest I have ever been, physically and mentally!

I was feeling tired and sluggish, especially during runs and workouts. Margaret helped me with pre and post workout fueling. She helped me plan meals and snacks to align better with when I would exercise so I would have more energy during my workouts. She also taught me a lot about food in general which has helped tremendously with meal planning to get the best workout results and, ultimately feel my best.
