I help people change their relationship with food, rediscover hunger and fullness cues, learn how to eat mindfully, and, ultimately find joy around eating without deprivation or guilt.

INITIAL ASSESSMENT

In our first session, I’ll do a full assessment to find out about your health history, relationship with food, and medical needs related to nutrition. Together, we will come up with achievable goals and make a plan to get you in a better place nutritionally.

LONG-TERM SUCCESS

Behavior change takes time. We will have follow-up sessions every other week and I will be there to support you every step of the way to ensure you get on a good path to a healthier you.
